This is a recently completed group annexation of seven residential properties. The properties were annexed into the City of Columbia effective December 6, 2022.
A public hearing was held on November 15, 2022 in City Council Chambers on the annexation along with the proposed zoning and land use classification of the properties. Following the public hearing, Council voted to approve the first reading of the ordinance of annexation.
The vote on the second and final reading of the ordinance took place at City Council’s December 6, 2022 meeting.
