There is has been an uptick in false invoicing scams nationwide. Please note: payments for Planning and Development permits and applications should be submitted via the official payment portal, and legitimate invoices will only be sent from a columbiasc.gov email address. Zoning Public Hearing Applications

Most Zoning Public Hearing items must apply to Planning Commission and receive a recommendation before they may be heard by City Council. For more information concerning Planning Commission, please visit the Planning Commission webpage.

The following must apply to Planning Commission before they may be seen at Zoning Public Hearings

Amendment (Rezoning) Application
PD Application (Planned Developments)
Letter of Agency (required when the applicant is not the property owner)
Fee Schedule
