Zoning Ordinance
The City of Columbia Code of Ordinances is a legal document that dictates how the City enforces regulations in the City. The Zoning Ordinance is located in Article 17. It contains useful information concerning general zoning regulation, land use and subdivisions, historical preservation and architectural reviews. The Zoning Ordinance is now called The Unified Development Ordinance of the City of Columbia (UDO).
