The City of Columbia is pleased to offer an additional method to apply for certain building, trade, or specialty permits. Licensed contractors may now utilize our online, self-services Access portal to apply and pay for permits. (the portal is currently offline).

** Indicates that additional information other than permit application is required for permitting. Refer to the appropriate project checklist for information. Additionally, if the job is located in a design, historic, or flood district, additional information may be required.
