The Planning Commission (PC) generally meets the second Thursday of every month. Meetings begin at 4:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the 3rd Floor of City Hall (City Council Chambers), 1737 Main Street. Cases are posted and advertised in accordance with Title 30, Chapter 4 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina.
Planning Commission meetings are open to the public, and public comment may be provided in-person or via the method(s) listed on the final agenda. Members of the public may stream meetings remotely through CityTV where available. The public may submit letters and statements via email to [email protected] until 12:00 noon, the day prior to the meeting (Wednesday), and those comments will be provided to Planning Commission members in advance of the meeting.
