The City of Columbia is currently experiencing a network and system outage that is impacting access to permitting and other technology. Please be patient as we work to resolve this issue.

If you need assistance, email is the most efficient form of communication at this this time; however, if you need to speak with someone via telephone, please use these numbers.

Historic Preservation Design Review Commission (HPDRC)

The Historic Preservation Design Review Commission generally meets the 3rd Thursday of every month. Meetings are held at 4:00pm on the 3rd Floor of City Hall (City Council Chambers), 1737 Main Street.

Agendas

Draft agendas for upcoming meetings are generally posted on a Friday, two weeks prior to the meeting date. Final agendas, which include hyperlinks to case summary packets and the draft minutes for the prior meeting, are generally posted online the Friday before the meeting date.

Minutes

Minutes, which contain a brief summary of the meeting and actions taken, are posted once they have been approved by the Board at their subsequent meeting. To watch a full recording of the meeting, visit the City’s Board and Committee Meetings YouTube playlist.

A light purple image of a sign with a large white H on the left. The sign leaves black space for the meeting date, time, property location, tms number, and request, and includes the Planning and Development Services logo, the Commission name, and ways to find more information, below.

Once an application has been scheduled for review by the HPDRC, the above sign will be posted on the property by staff. Staff will remove the sign after the meeting has occurred.
