The City of Columbia is pleased to offer multiple methods to apply for certain building, trade or specialty permits. Licensed contractors may now utilize our online, self-service Access portal to apply and pay for permits.
* This indicates a form-fillable application.
** Indicates that additional information other than permit application is required for permitting. Refer to the appropriate project checklist for information. Also, if the job is located in a design, historic, or flood district, additional information may be required.
