We recommend communicating with the Planning Staff responsible for your review area before submitting your application.

Submit applications to the Development Center via email to developmentcenter@columbiasc.gov or in person at 1401 Main Street (the entrance is on Washington between Main and Assembly) during normal business hours. 

Please be sure to save and submit your completed application as a PDF.

Appeals of staff decisions regarding historic preservation or urban design review are heard by the D/DRC.
