Applications are accepted at the Zoning counter at 1401 Main Street, 3rd Floor, via email (zoning@columbiasc.gov), or mail. Online payment options are available.
SO THAT WE CAN BETTER SERVE ALL APPLICANTS: ON THE LAST DAY OF THE APPLICATION PERIOD, APPLICANTS MUST HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENT TO ZONING BY 4:00 PM TO ENSURE PROCESSING AND SCHEDULING FOR THE CORRESPONDING PUBLIC HEARING DATE. APPLICATIONS MUST BE FULLY FILLED OUT AND LETTERS OF AGENCY MUST ALSO BE SUBMITTED BY DEADLINE. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
