Thursday Meetings
The Design Review Commissions (DRCs) meets the 3rd week of the month. Urban (U) DRC on Wednesday and Historic Preservation (HP) DRC on Thursday of every month. Meetings are held at 4:00pm on the 3rd Floor of City Hall (City Council Chambers), 1737 Main Street.
Both DRC meetings are open to the public, and public comment may be provided in-person or via the methods listed on the final agenda. You may watch meetings online through CityTV. To address both the Urban (U) and Historic Preservation (HP) DRC members via email send your comments, letters and statements to CoCDDRC@columbiasc.gov (by 12:00 noon, the day before the meeting).

D/DRC Annual Report
Every year, the Design/Development Review Commission reviews dozens of projects proposed for Columbia’s urban design and historic districts. Planning staff has compiled statistics for the projects reviewed by the commission into a complete Annual Report.
