PC Agendas & Minutes - Planning & Development

Planning Commission (PC)

Planning Commission generally meets the 2nd Thursday of every month. Meetings are held at 4:00pm on the 3rd Floor of City Hall (City Council Chambers), 1737 Main Street.

Agendas

Draft agendas for upcoming meetings are generally posted on a Friday, two weeks prior to the meeting date. Final agendas, which include hyperlinks to case summary packets and the draft minutes for the prior meeting, are generally posted online the Friday before the meeting date.

Minutes

Minutes, which contain a brief summary of the meeting and actions taken, are posted once they have been approved by the Board at their subsequent meeting. To watch a full recording of the meeting, visit the City’s Board and Committee Meetings YouTube playlist.

When an application for a map amendment or planned development has been scheduled for review by the Commission, the above sign will be posted on the property by staff. Staff will remove the sign after the meeting has occurred.
