The public may submit letters and statements via email to [email protected] until 12:00 noon, the day prior to the meeting (Wednesday), and those comments will be provided to Planning Commission members in advance of the meeting. Anyone wishing to participate after noon on Wednesday must do so in person at City Council Chambers.
